Eva Maschietto
Over thirty years of experience. Law Degree in law at Padoa University in 1992, admitted to the bar in 1995, Eva is the founding partner of emlex together with Massimo.
She leads the M&A, Real Estate, Environmental and Public Related Sectors departments along with the one on Compliance with corporate liability under Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001.
Beyond her private practice long career in international and national firm especially in the corporate law sectors mostly but non exclusively regulated by public law, she has experience in the risk management sector in General Electric in London between 2005 and 2007.
She is a member of the board of directors and a contributing writer in Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente and in RGA Online, of whose association she is the Chairman. From 2017 she has been a member of the Committee for legality, transparency and administrative efficiency of the Municipality of Milan.
