emlex’s IT and e-commerce team, led by Massimo Maggiore, with associates Giulio Monga and Giorgio Aime, assisted Design Holding in the creation of the e-commerce platform, whose first application involved the Flos brand, whose products can now also be purchased online in Europe.
The legal assistance, which required coordination among all the companies of the group and the management of innovative legal issues, concerned all the phases of the realisation of the platform, from the front-end to the back-end and, therefore, from the system integration contracts with the developers of the platform, to the regulation of the relationships with the merchant of the record and the customer service provider, up to the handling of personal data protection aspects and the terms of sale.
