Massimo Maggiore, founding partner of emlex together with Eva Maschietto, heads the information technology and competition intellectual property law department.
Massimo is an academic fellow of the Bocconi University of Milan as an adjunct professor of Marketing Law and lectures on trademarks, merchandising and the liability of internet service providers for infringement of IP rights.
He also lectured at the LL.M in Law of Internet Technology and at the master in Cybersecurity and Data Protection law at the same University. He regularly collaborates as a professor of the Milan Fashion Institute in the master in fashion law and other courses.
He is the author of several publications and a frequent speaker at conferences abroad and in Italy in the fields of intellectual property and information technology.
